I agree the switch is a good option for someone wanting a glass V60 plus it does immersion, but that technique you posted is basically a paper filtered French press brew. Also it's not plastic free. The actual switch itself is resin (plastic).

The actual switch is made of resin (plastic). Really dumb considering there's no other plastic parts and they just as easily could have made this part out of metal or wood.

Can the ball bearing on the Hario Switch be actuated by a curved implement, like a lock pick or something else? I'm asking because the only reason I'm hesitant to buy the switch is the fucking resin switch itself.
