Lol, that's actually the remains of a beef marrow bone, and the stains are from where my dog slobbers as he chews it. For a power-chewer the frozen marrow bone is the only thing that does it.

Honestly I had a bunch of people over, we were drinking and watching the Formula 1, and grilling burgers is not exactly the kind of thing you expect to destroy a pan like that. I mean I've cooked hundreds, if not thousands, of oil-based dishes in that All Clad and NEVER had an issue.
