In 2010, when the trannie wave was starting to took off, some nutritionist said that Soy was able to lower the levels of testosterore and increase estrogen production, for having high levels of plant strogen. This was mostly a scam to seel such products to wanna-be-trap-boys and it's now considered as "placebo" effect, ingesting plant strogen will just incite your stomach to kick out such nutrients out of your body, as plant strogen is incompatible to human strogen, and your body would not want this useless shit inside you, or even less starting to produce it for no reason.

In 2013 /fit/ discovered this fact (withou fact checking) and started some weird paranoia that all the soy in their food and supplements and blammed it as the cause of the drop in their testosterone levels. /pol/ came along and promote it as a jew conspiracy to eradicate manliness by putting soy in every product, so much that some infowars guy tried to use to sell his own brand of "anti-sissyfication" supplements (that were discovered to also have soy)

The soy "generates left wing ideology" is mainly treated as a joke now.
