>I'm sure this post will get soyjacked but I'd overall say Tabasco. Its vinegary and a bit overpowering but I love it on eggs and necessary for making Caesars. Also solid on baked potatoes and for adding a tiny bit of heat and some zing to sandwiches if you cut it with mayonnaise as a spread. Other than that I like to keep some Blair's on hand for straight heat, and maybe something like Louisiana for a really mild tangy flavor for general purposes. I've been trying to just use less hot sauces in general lately and typically only use them on eggs and lunch/snacks now.
