I'd turn it into a Dave and Busters type situation. A sports bar and adult menu. Pizza is great and all, but there's got to be more to attract customers besides basic pie and soda. Hell, bring the salad buffet bar back. I'd get rid of the tokens and tickets and move over to a swipe card system.

No more ball pits. That's gross. Instead, I'd offer a rain-forest cafe type of walk through experience. Lots of things to look at and interact with. (Does anybody remember Casa Bonita in it's prime?) Make it pretty, make it fun. If done properly, I bet it would work.
