When you cook really smokey foods you need to cycle the air out of your house. Some of us are lucky to live in mid century southern homes with a working whole house fan which is perfect for the job. For everyone else you open two windows. have a box fan blowing in and another box fan in the kitchen window blowing out. Make sure there are no closed doors and try to have the line between the two window fans as straight as possible. Not only will this completely clear the smoke and odors out of the house, it will also very quickly cool it down on a summer evening.

ramen isn't as easy to get right as you might think, and there is significant prep work on the back end. And mediocre ramen is truly awful. There's a chain in NYC that's trying and it's not really working as far as I've seen. Place is a mess Overall it doesn't scale well because it's kind of a specialized skill in a funny way, and average Americans might be put off by 18 dollar bowls of broth and noodles (a fair price)
