a bit of salt isn't the worst thing in the world
granted, you'd probably actually "gain weight" even on a large deficit, but that will just mostly be from water retention
anyway, canned soups are indeed filling and low calorie, but they're not really the most economical choice. i suppose they beat specially formulated diet foods anyway

Eating comfy food makes me feel good especially when I am lonely. Gib some ideas that aren’t too complex pls. Comfy warm hearty food I can eat whilst watching a comfy show, not comfort food like some fat bitch who just got broken up with eating ice cream from the tub.
