Beef tartar from this place I worked at as a busboy

It was my first time having tartar and it was delicious

I believe the tartar also had capers in it
It was on this thin bread thing that I forget the name is with a house-made aioli in between

There was also shrimp a la planche with a divine sauce that sopped into the bread the shrimp was on.
It was just as good
