I read once that taste is, if you will, less effective below a certain temperature range. That's why a cold American pilsner is widely accepted to tastes better than a warm one (often assocations with piss being made).

This is actually a great session beer. Throw it in the freezer for 45 minutes, and let it form some crystals. Pour it into an ice cold mug...and as always...enjoy!
