I'm a basic bitch. Soft taco, carne asada, cheese, chopped onions, hot salsa, maybe some diced tomatoes. Alternately, cilantro-lime shrimp with a good mango salsa.

Gotta admit, I'm a sucker for those crappy Ortega hard shell tacos, with ground beef, cheddar, kidney beans, chopped onion, and hot salsa.

Cilantro-lime. Olive oil, zest and juice of two fresh limes, fresh chopped cilantro, a pinch each of salt, pepper, and sugar. Awesome on chicken and shrimp. Probably good on other poultry and shellfish too, haven't experimented with that.

Cilantro-lime shrimp, bu/ck/aroo. Plastic bag, shrimp peeled and de-veined in the bag with olive oil, juice AND zest of two limes, a pinch each of salt, pepper, and sugar, and a bunch of fresh-chopped cilantro. Grill 'em, sautee 'em, whatever. Have them on tacos with a mango salsa, or with rice and beans. Easy as fuck, fairly cheap, delicious as hell. You'll love them.
