Snake river farms is the steak supplier to the restaurant I work at. They raise "American Wagyu" wagyu cows that have been bred with angus cows. The marbling isn't quite as well distributed/dispersed as cuts you'll see of pure wagyu cows but it's still pretty sexy.

I've had true wagyu from kobe island at a sushi place who's owner is originally from japan. They served it raw on sushi rice.
