Houston. Where TexMex meets mexican meets BBQ meets cajun and Louisiana foods. We also meet foods from all over the US because you fuckers keep moving here. At least bring som decent food when you come, some of you do.

sup OP. i'm no expert, but i've lived in houston for about a year now and i like to explore the city. before i give you any food suggestions, let me make a far more important suggestion. RENT A CAR. seriously, rent a damn car. our city is incredibly spread out, and our public transit is awful, to say the least. i'd say only the poorest 5% of people that live here actually rely on it, you'll be riding with bums and it will take FOREVER to get where you want to go. not only that, houston is unbearably hot in august and waiting at bus stops and walking around will make you hate our city. if there is any way you can afford it, please rent a car or you will hate our city, which for all its flaws actually has some really awesome places scattered about. one more time so you really know i mean it, you need a car.
