Please don't fall in the keto diet meme. I lost 70 lbs in 6 months doing high carb, low fat diet. Huge plates of oats, pasta and rice at every meal. Never felt hungry even one time. I eat untill fully satisfied.
I'm 5'9'', currently at 143, just runned my first half-marathon and currently preparing for running a full one.
