It is interesting that your graphic only shows plant based options. Are you vegetarian? If you are/your fiancée is, then you wouldn’t need to know that almost all seafood is very high in iodine and should be avoided. Most U.S. dairy products, eggs, seaweeds, prunes, and Lima beans have far more iodine in them than the items you have in the graphic.
Might want to skip the iodized salt also. Sea salt is just about the only thing from the sea that isn’t high in iodine. Use that instead.
