I've been in culinary for a few years now and I'm thinking that's the direction I'd want to go in.
Except instead of rich people, I'd like to teach underprivileged people who to cook better for their families to help promote things like family meals and inform about poverty and obesity. Also, teach kids about culinary instead of having them on the street selling drugs.
