Does /ck/ have any tips on how to cook liver probably? I'd love to have some liver and onions once in a while because it's healthy, but I can't seem to get it right.

It feels like the liver is either undercooked, or too chewy and dry, I can't seem to find a balance.

I use butter and a aluminium pan for it, if that matters.
