I'm working my way through the 30 puer sample pack from a few threads ago.

When does puer start tasting good? Some of them are a little more sour, some a bit more fermented, but it's all hidden behind the flavor of decomposing wood and dirt.

My favorite teas so far have been Taiwanese oolongs, so it might be possible that puer is just against my personal taste. Any suggestions that might change my mind?
