My daily drivers are:
140g of frozen fruit/berries
50 rolled oats
4g coco powder
Dash of cinnamon and tumeric
32g crunchy peanutbutter

I microwave it all(minus the peanut butter) in a soup mug with a top. Its not pretty looking, but its filling.

I also make savory oats sometimes, pic related.

I actually did that one day out of curiosity with my oatmeal and its fucking good. I add spices, bullion paste and teo tbsp of pea protien powder to it, then top it off with a couple fried eggs and bell peppers that I put various spices and pinch of smoked salt.
