anyway, make some taco seasoning and acquire a good stock (chicken, pork, beef, whatever just make sure it's good)

braise some chicken with chipoltes in adobo and taco seasoning after searing in lard, that'll be your chicken

fry up onions, bell peppers, maybe a jalapeno or two in lard, then throw in the ground beef and taco seasoning, that's your beef

make some mexican rice, your preference on the style

dice up some tomatoes and toss with a little salt, lime, minced garlic, maybe a little onion and pepper, some cumin and cilantro (coriander for you eurofags)

fry up some pinto beans in lard, mash em wit da potato masher, and fry it up again, season to taste. refried beans

make a good hot sauce/salsa/taco sauce/guacamole if you want for condiment or adding to it, as well as some sour cream and good cheese (could go trashy with a rotel/velveeta~esque concoction, or you could do your research and find something that would work well, or just say fuck it and get some medium cheddar/pepper jack)

grill/pan heat/put over flame the tortillas

assemble however you want and have yourself some good eatin' Hanz
