Made a thread about this a few days ago...

Just bought the salmon (couldn't find "sashimi grade). It's currently sitting in the fridge with some light seasonings. According to two sources it said that it's fine raw, but some other sources said to freeze it.

My mum doesn't want to freeze it because then it's not fresh and she's very confident that this will be sufficient in the fridge.

Are we going to die?
