A lot of cooking problems go away when you finally realize butter and salt aren't just optional flavor enhancers.

>Even in the name, it's literally Chili with Meat (Chili = chili, con = with, carne = meat). Where is the beans in it.
That other anon is a retard who doesn't realize "chili" was originally what you called chili peppers. So he thinks "chili con carne" means "a bowl of chili with meat" like meat is somehow an optional addon.

>No single vegetable or legume has all nine essential amino acids humans need to build the proteins that make up our muscles, Hattner said.
>At first, without all the right amino acids, your hair starts to lighten in color and your fingernails get soft. Much worse, your lean body mass suffers. That doesn't just mean your muscles, but also your heart and your organs. Eventually, your heart shrinks so much you die; this happens, on occasion, with extreme cases of anorexia nervosa.

All I've established is that what you're citing for plants as evidence of suffering is not any greater than what you could cite for your own skin. You can choose to bite the bullet and act like your skin is doing something equivalent to what animals do in response to stimuli only through different routes not involving a brain or you can do what most everyone does implicitly on this topic which is not attributing that sort of behavior or awareness to plants or your own skin.
The choice is yours.

>halfway think I might be developing diabetes type 2, legs going numb, feet and hands turning purple, only thing is I am a healthy weight, 130lb
You aren't getting type 2 diabetes at 130lb. The "type 2 diabetes can happen to anyone" meme is just bullshit fat people promote to try to feel less bad about destroying their health.
Vast majority of type 2 diabetics are overweight (>90%). The ones who aren't are either A) former fat people who got so fucking damaged that they urinated out their excess weight rapidly when the diabetes first struck or B) a very small minority of regular or underweight people who have some as of yet undiscovered genetic abnormality.
https://www.diabetes.org.uk/guide-to-diabetes/enjoy-food/eating-with-diabetes/diabetes-food-myths/myth-sugar-causes-diabetes
>With Type 2 diabetes, though we know sugar doesn’t directly cause Type 2 diabetes, you are more likely to get it if you are overweight. You gain weight when you take in more calories than your body needs, and sugary foods and drinks contain a lot of calories.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23880355
>In the present study, we investigated the association between dietary intake of carbohydrates and the risk of type 2 diabetes.
>These prospective findings suggest that the intakes of starch and sucrose are not associated, but that those of fructose and glucose are inversely associated with diabetes risk.
http://www.diabetes.org/diabetes-basics/myths/
>Is diabetes caused by eating sugar?
>A diet high in calories from any source (including sugar) contributes to weight gain and weight gain increases your risk for type 2 diabetes. Type 1 diabetes is caused by genetics and unknown factors that trigger the onset of the disease. Type 2 diabetes is not caused by sugar, but by genetics and lifestyle factors.

No reason to risk it. Cats get all sorts of indigestible material stuck in their gut. While it's true cats in the wild would be dealing with meat that has bones obviously that doesn't mean it's good to give a cat you're taking care of the opportunity to swallow little chunks of bone. Animals in the wild have all sorts of easily preventable health problems and it isn't a good idea to try to model your caretaking strategy for a pet on how random trash eating strays tend to live.
