Anybody got a good recipe for chili sauce? Chili sauce, or "hot dog chili", is a kind of chili made with a creamier consistency, it's not meant to be chunky or stew like, like some traditional chili recipes.

Chili dogs are just the laymen name for Coney dogs. They are made with chili sauce. And it should be known that even if you hadn't been unawares, you still would be mistaken because chili with beans is a deviation from the classic definition of chili. Much like spaghetti with meatballs is not the original dish.
