Next mix the spices by volume into the shaker.
>2 tablespoons cinnamon
>2 teaspoons ground ginger
>1 teaspoon ground cloves
>1 teaspoon fresh nutmeg (mine isn't)
>1/2 teaspoon ground pepper (why not?)
>1 teaspoon cocoa powder
