Off topic but I stumbled onto a recipe that was super cheap for me.
Basically its that Walmart "Fiesta Blend" cheese and some Gallo's pepperoni slices sandwiched between two Mission tortillas, fried in a pan on both sides like a flapjack. Nothing else, it costed about 15-20 dollars for 1-2 weeks of food until they stopped selling the 16oz packs for $5.

I call it a Mexican-American pizza.
