Here they are, boyos. I was really worried about them being overroasted because A LOT of people do that shit and I'm glad to say they're not. Just a slight darker than what I consider a medium roast. Definitely fresh as I suspected as the bloom was huge.

They weren't lying with their notes either. I did a melitta pourover and there is definitely pear and cashew in there.
