The first time I used doordash was January 2019. I was watching the map or got a notification saying he was almost here so I went out to wait by the front door while half dressed. Left my phone in my room thinking I didn't need it.

Guy's sitting in his car for like 5 mins and I go get my phone. He had called like two dozen times (was on silent) and I called back and it sounded like he was on the phone with someone else as I could hear two voices in the background in some clearly african language. Was only him in the car from what I could see (he was parked at the end of my driveway too, didn't even pull up closer).

He finally talks to me and at this point he's been sitting for like 10 minutes. Broken fucking english he says to come get the food. Mind you I'm half dressed and did I mention it's winter and this was in new england? The driveway was clear and it was dry pavement anyway, no snow for a while. He doesn't understand me at all so I open my door and look like a fucking retard trying to wave at him to come to the door. I'm a lazy fatass and no way I'm gonna get dressed for this fucking guy and walk my ass down my driveway when it's probably 30F out. Not my fucking job, because I put a $5 tip and there was no bad weather.

After like 15 fucking minutes he got out of his car and came to the door. Talked to doordash and got that tip revoked and I think they gave me some credits to use next time too, so I was fine with that.

Why does dairy taste so good to junkies? Does heroin/opiates cause some kind of vitamin deficiency that causes this craving?
