Why is cooking hard as fuck? Literally every single time I try to make something, it comes out like total shit. I will find a recipe, do everything verbatim, exact measurements, everything. Comes out nothing like it. Trying to make bourbon chicken? Get dry ass chicken that looks like it was slathered with ketchup, I just made the worst pork roast after following a Cuban pork recipe. I want to save money by not eating out but what the fuck? Do I seriously need to make $500 in horrible pork roast before making a decent one? It makes literally no sense.
