the same reason any single ethnicity eventually dominates a part of a field, nepotism. jews went to america during ww2, made good movies, put their kids in movie business. and so it went on until one kid no longer wants to do movies. same goes for nephews, nieces, etc of industry people. and jews prefer to work with other jews, compounding this effect. same goes for polacks in construction, chinese people in chinese restaurants. it’s not a massive conspiracy made to cut off your balls and make you eat bugs, it’s literally JUST nepotism
