Tjälknöl. Often made with moose steak, but can be done with other kinds of meat too.

First it sits in a brine with spices a couple of hours. Then you freeze the meat solid. After that you put the frozen meat straight into the oven and cook it at around 75°C for about 15-17 hours.

Frozen moosemeat slowly cooked at ~75 celsius in an oven for about 12 hours. It is then placed in a brine with cranberries, bay leaves and pepper for about five hours. Thinly sliced and served with potatoes, vegetables and chantarelle sauce.
