I've mostly been drinking my Belgian-y 3.5, trying to make room for the batch I'm making tomorrow (a chocolate cherry "Black Forest" stout), but everyone keeps bringing me Hacker Pschorrs... in cans.... Rudy Van Der Kelder went into the bottles today. This is roughly 1/3 of what I didn't have room for. As close to perfect as I've ever gotten - the flavour's pretty on for only being 2 weeks old and having a touch of that "I'm not ready yet" acetaldehyde/green apple flavour.
