Dutchie here, those are stroopwafels. They're thin wafers filled with a layer of caramel. Put them on your tea or coffee like pic related. They're fine as it is too, but heating them up just a little bit will soften the tangy texture.

Ameriburger here, why the FUCK didn't anyone tell me about the stroopwafel until now? These things are fucken great. Good thing I had this coffee to balance out the sweetness. tfw I will always be a burger
