There's none in my city either.
I am thinking of running one that emphasizes to Breakfast/brunch rather than making a piss poor breakfast menu (le poached eggs with salt and toasted turkish for $15, extra bacon/avo/onions $4 pls).

In my time in hospitality, I hear more people ask "Is the breakfast menu still on" at 4pm than I have ever heard people ask for lunch at 9 am.

I work at a hipster-style foodie cafe as a barista in OZ, ask me anything.

Homemade cesar dressing (inspired)
>1 part worstershire
>1 part lemon or lime juice
>4 parts mayo (easy to make your own if u like)
>1 part crushed garlic
>fresh ground pepper to taste

Dressings don't have to be liquid. Tried toasted sesame seeds (just stick a tray in the oven and store in air tight container), roasted walnuts, or even honey roast them. You'll always have handmade toppings on the go and takes little to no effort or skill, and less money.

I also like toppings like sundried tomatoes in oil, I use the tomato infused oil as a dressing. Dressings don't need to be elaborate.
