This is my garlic press. When I need to marinade a fuckton of meat this thing saves me a lot of time.

People get religious about their garlic preparation for what I can only assume is Goodfellas level retarded Italian principles.

I've heard that but never tried it. Is it fast? After you have the skin off (which I do with a partial knife crush anyways) the press can do a clove of garlic once every two seconds or so. Its also cool in that it becomes a little tray to hold your garlic until you are ready to use it. pic related
