You know vegetable and seed oils are literally Great Depression tier holdovers, industrial lubricant tier byproducts that were sold to people who couldnt afford the real shit? To cope, they marketed it as healthier, then got used to it and passed the myth onto boomers, who passed it onto us. Even though it's obvious to see that boomers are a bunch of fat fucks riddled with health problems.
