This isn't a picture from tonight, but I made pretty much the same soup in the 2qt dutch oven. Podravka Cream of 9 Veg soup packet, but I dump bags of frozen broccoli, cauliflower, peas and carrots into the water before the boil, then immersionblend in the last 5 minutes of the simmer. Easy way to get the veg in while still tasting rich and creamy.

Cream of veg soup. Hella pureed broccoli, peas, carrots, Podravka cream-of-9-vegetable soup packets, water.

Did I miss anything? What to make this better? I have other stuff cooking in the convection-oven but I'll probably freeze some of this. What goes well with cream'o-broco-caro-pea soup? Soup and a sandwich for lunch? How would you use it?
