This one "The Habanero cookbook" from Dave Dewitt and Nancy Gerlach is really good, I've made most of the recipies in that book.

This one is really good OP, I've made it a bunch of times it can get pretty firey depending on the number of chilies used but the chile peppers aren't necessary.

The recipe references the wrong book or maybe it's in both. I got it from The Habanero Cookbook by Dave_DeWitt. I wish I still had that book but it went missing.
