I don't have time.
Usual... shredded sweet potato+basmati rice +Black beans...3/4 of an hour.
...Or instant done in 7 min, just something to do when in a pinch..

Any recipe/ meal prep/ shopping tips./ck/
I like to
-Add shredded sweet potatoes in the rice cooker with the rice and cook them together.
-Buy steel cut and reg oats, then mix them together.
-Cook chicken at a lower temp but cover the pan with tinfoil with tiny holes punched in it by a knife
-Use online flyer site to make my shopping list
