What are some foods when you're at your lowest?

I'm chilling at home rn doing dabs and drinking beer, and wanted to talk. Feeling like shit rn and was hoping for some other people drinking to have a convo with? My life is going down dark times right now and it's fucking hard and I need to talk to someone but I only have the internet so.... I found facebook messenger shit that was going on for months between my gf and a co worker..i'm not on facebook and didn't find out until the day of. They had bith made plans to leave each others partners to be together... I still feel dead inside.... I miss my daughter and I miss seeing both of them when I get home from work.... I miss tucking them into bed every night... I miss my old life and I don't know what to do. I'm just being a drunken loser getting close to a month here. I don't think I've ever been so angry at life in general since I was 13... This means nothing to her she doesn't give a fuck about me. She's happy with her new boyfriend.... and I don't want my daughter around a different father figure.... I want to see my daughter everyday not just my days off or specified week days. Shit sucks man.

well, update, off the wagon, i shoplifted a sixer. i wouldn't have, but i was using my roommate's weed without asking to combat the WDs/cravings, and i felt like a shithead for it. decided i'd rather steal beer from a store than weed a friend. i'd like to spread it over at least two days.
