oh yeah, I just remembered.
I bought a steamer pan from them.
I use it to incubate yogurt.
I can incubate 2 gallons of yogurt at a time.
I fill it with water and place it on a hotplate, which is set to very low. then I put mason jars full of incubated non fat milk in there.
