Holy shit, I'm hard pressed to think of a single "Basic Bitch" restaurant I worked at that there wasn't a "Safety Meeting" in the walk-in right before rush.
Many times it was the kitchen manager himself making sure his kitchen was safe and lined out on what and who was going on that night.
*These weren't fast food joints, but regular sit-downs.
That culture mostly disappears when you get into finer dining-- but a LOT of chefs turn a blind eye to a long "trash run" after beer-thirty.
