Yup. The problem with Finnish traditional cooking, how I see it, is that we basically knew only one way to prepare meat: so well done it crumbles. Also, hardly any spices, except salt, dill and possibly lovage.

But to go into ashaming stuff, here's this tart. haven't heard that any foreigner would have liked it.

No need to bash mämmi or talkkuna. I'm only ashamed that they are so well known.
