This is something I always over think about receiving food. When I order delivery like a pizza, do I take the food first and then give him money or do I give him the money and then I can take the food? Also at a restaurant should I let the waiter out the plates on the table or should I take the plate from them? I know this is all a bit silly but I have trouble remembering what is appropriate.
