anyone have any decent tips for getting your pizza dough to super thin without tearing a bunch of holes into the middle?
i'm making a pizza tonight and ever time i try to stretch my dough out thin it fluffs up more than i expect and i wind up with a fairly "standard" crust thickness. pic is last pizza i made.

hawaiian pizza is delicious. fuck the "pineapple doesn't belong on pizza" crowd
i will say fresh pineapple is the only way to go if you are making it at home though. the canned shit is too sweet.
