too many people in us have been poor for too long.. Shitty food is now acceptable in society.

go to grocery store in united states
> aisles of soft factory made white bread in plastic bags
> processed cheese product
>pre made macaroni salad and hungry man frozen meals

euro supermarket in civilized country
> fresh vegetables usually locally grown
>fresh meat
>high quality cured meats
>high quality oil and flours
>French and Italian flours far superior to fucking cake or bread flour in us
>high quality cheeses
>cultured butter instead of fucking grade a fancy trash

Americans have such poor taste marketing a superior product wouldn't even work here. Real pizza is really only found in a few places in New York and New Jersey where there are many high income educated people that can afford to and enjoy eating Neapolitan style pizza.

Food which passes the review board and adheres to the rules is given the initials D.O.C. DOC pizza is governed by a Neopolitan member of The Association of Pizzaioli Europei called the Association of Vera Pizza Napoletana or "The Association of True Neopolitan Pizza".

not the same guy but honestly that shit is fucking disgusting... i mean i may be biased because i dont really enjoy cheese very much and only tolerate it when it is browned on pizza in small quantities but how can you eat a giant vat of cheese covered in sauce ? it just seems really fucking gross to eat gross dough cheese brick ... however to each their own so if you enjoy it good. I am honestly just curious as to how one would enjoy such a thing? the whole conept of pizza is a thin crispy crust with some flavoring on it... its like a nice brick oven peice of bread with some good sauce and a bit of well cooked fresh mozzarella on top... maybe some fresh basil and a bit of olive oil. I mean i don't really see how you can call a cheese casserole a pizza? i mean enjoy it by all means but its just really not even the same category of food; it just has similar ingredients.I dont really feel as if i am being a snob in anyway i mean i dont eat domino's very much but it is still pizza... deep dish just isnt pizza and i am personally disgusted by it.
