I really want a tv show where they just go around and ask my countrymen on the street what life is like in X country, just one picked at random. Maybe have them try to point to it on an unlabeled map.

7-11 Egg Salad Sandwiches. I live in America, so the quality is fucking disgusting compared to Japanese or even Hawaiian 7-11 convenience stores. The bread is a crappy wheat sponge, the salad is completely homogenized, and the flavor is either mustard saturated or completely flavorless. They are only good for dipping in ramen broth. I hope the CEO and president of 7-11 america are shot and killed tomorrow in their own homes.

Casual fine, top five rating in a metro area of 500k residents. 7 years there, another 6 or so in the business prior. No family, no friends, and I drink cheap vodka out of the plastic jug.

Even under the best circumstances, you'll be underpaid, overworked, and worn down in the business. Rare gigs like hotels can sometimes come with okay benefits, but the money will still be mediocre. Cooking for a living will ruin your interest in cooking at home.

If you can afford college and want certifications or a degree, enter a trade school for a one or two year program. Jobs in construction, industrial maintenance, and the like are going to be in abundance in most cities. You'll work regular hours that will allow you to have a regular life, the money will be decent, better opportunities for advancement/entrepreneurial, and the job won't wreck your body and brain like a kitchen will.

A "career" in the service industry is a fucking death sentence. Don't do it, man. Your life is worth more than this grind.

t. industry pro with a legit "career" gig

This.

A bottle of wine is about 4 glasses.

If you a serious alcoholic you have gone way past this point.

>what are electric bills
>what are gas bills

Yeah, make a proper stock that can take up to 12 hours simmering all day is going to be real cheap on the house bills. I like to make my own stock but its not that cheap, and its time consuming.
