That’s retarded and only depends on the current medical technology available.
A 20 week unborn child born in a NY hospital can survive out of the womb but that child could not have a decade earlier, or in another poorer part of the country.
Does that mean the value of that child’s life isn't absolute and relative to space and time? If you think so you’re worse than subhuman.

Also, the constant improvement of our scientific knowledge means we’ll soon be able to save unborn kids that are a few weeks old.
And one day we’ll manage to create artificial wombs and thus take embryos that are days old up and nurture them until their complete formation.
Meaning in the very near future, a fertilized egg will be able to survive out of its mothers womb thanks to medical help, the same way premature babies now can, and will thus be considered a human life. How great is that?
