I hate Maryland. Maryland is quite possibly the worst state in the union. Not necessarily because any of their wealth, education, or crime metrics. (these are pretty shit in Baltimore but I won't even discuss that). No. Maryland is shit because of the people there. The complete lack of culture. It is such a cultural hellhole that people from any border states avoid stopping there for any amount of time at all. Imagine a place that defines its cuisine via old bay and crabs. It's pitiful. Their crabcakes are actually complete and utter shit. Dry, tasteless, full of filler. I've never had a salvageable crabcake from Maryland in my life, and believe me, I've tried my damndest to find a good one. Fuck Maryland, fuck Maryland roads and drivers, and fuck Maryland cuisine.

Got the colonoscopy, no results. My grandma had diverticulitis so I might have some stupid anatomical defect which makes me have gut random gut spasms and cramps, leading to loose shits. I do find fiber helps for short term but in the end one wrong step and I'm cramped up, and I find that these flareups come with general feelings of autoimmune crap/mild acne. Might be lactose intolerance, who fucking knows, lmao.
