no automobiles have dozens of seriously harmful chemicals that leach off them and to make it even worse there are still classic cars around with had asbestos brake pads, lead wheel weights which put off tons of dust that then get washed into the water source. Even modern cars are dripping with carcinogens, the fish around these water sources often have lesions and tumors but even if they don't they can still be loaded with toxic chemicals which can weaken their immune system to parasites, both of which will be passed to you when you eat it.
