When you go to the movies what do you bring or buy at the concession stand?

What kind of foods does a skinny bachelor bring to the office?

The problems I face are the following:
>need to be able to prepare the food reasonably quick in the morning
>need to have the food be reasonably cheap
>need to have the food be reasonably healthy
>need to have the food fit in reasonably small boxes
>need to have the food be easy to eat, so no curry for example
>need to have enough food for 2 small meals, fitting the above themes
>need to have the food be either delicious cold, or be able to warm in microwave

All I am doing in the two weeks since I started is chicken breasts with frozen vegetables, and it gets dull.

I like Papa John's more than most pizzas.

I have bad GERD and coffee disagrees with me. I miss it so much.
