to be honest, don't know. when cooking burgers on the grill, gas or charcoal, KI make a small hole in the center of each patty (about 1/2 inch) as the burger shrinks while cooking, the hole closes and you get a nice medium burger.Maybe your heat is too high, you are crusting the out side and the inside is rare/raw. in 'murica every on likes to grill out. it smells wonderful, and evokes great memories. it is not a good way to cook. also, not being an a-hole, but barbeque and grill are two different things.I like barbeque chicken and ribs, pork or beef, but usually they are black and crusty on the outside and raw close to the bone. every one has their "quirks". mine is rare or raw poultry if cooking it on a grill, I par boil,legs and thighs, then finish on the grill, with sauce. same with ribs. It's tough to cook burgers on a grill, gas or charcoal.also opinions are like a holes. everyone has one and they usually stink, except my own. It's ok. if cooking expensive meats (prime) ribeye or porterhouse, 10 15 bucks a lb, it aint going and a grill some butter and oil, sear each side, finish in the oven to medium rare. you might want to try cooking the burgers in a frying pan, over medium heat.also,rare,medium or even gasp well are what YOU like. it's your money and time, and a well done steak or burger is a waste, but when a line cook, I'd cook it. If they can't make minor adjustments for you, leave. but maybe cooking to hot, to fast, and maybe using too lean meat. (ground round or 93% lean).

I like dom, and always have. I actually liked the older recipe sauce better. I once found and bought two one gallon cans of the sauce. (background noise- are you outta your gd mind ? then divided and frozze it) used it for a year. just happened to like that sauce. and the new is ok, maybe not as good. always liked them best, and still do, but not one< 20 miles one. pizza inn or cicis (pro tip - pizza or otherwise- some when says ayce for <8 you are eating last seasons frozen trash. if you have ever made one at home, (dough, sauce, chesse, topings) you wonder how any chain could make a profit. Sometimes, in dreams, I imagine myself in the whitehouse ( another dream shot down, if he is younger than you, doubtful you are gonna be there, and the pres (one we have now is just fine damn good job . dom is good. i like dominoes. and some times deep dish pie. but notpizza lay off. oh back to pizza? had a dream .thin crust,you need to order sir, hurry, otay,otay,,, a bazillion combos....wake up tom... hungry? gonna make a pizza. wanna slice. sure less is more except ror those that have nothing.stuff on bread. many don't have the stuff or the bread.
